To provide my clients with the most up-to-date real estate information during our listing appointment and ensure that they are able to make an informed decision regarding the list price of their home.
MLS Listing:
The property shall be offered for sale via the Toronto Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Agent Notices:
To advise all local real estate offices via a "Just Listed" notice of your property listed for sale.
Agent/Office Insp
An agent inspection for all local real estate agents and agents in our office will be conducted on the first available date as per the Real Estate Board's schedule.
Feature Sheets:
To prepare a detailed feature sheet covering all the special features of your home to be displayed on the property for the benefit of any potential purchaser viewing your home.
Open House:
To hold regularly scheduled public open houses at a mutually agreeable time to ensure that any potential Purchase has the opportunity to view your home.
Media Advertising:
To advertise your home in local publications in an effort to promote the most efficient sale in the most timely manner.
Web Site Promo:
To place your home on our Realty Executives' web site at Bramptonsbest.com, and my own web sites at Carolanneschneider.com/ and Unlockyourdreams.com/ with complete picture and write-up to encourage more potential purchasers to view your home.
Virtual Tour:
To order a full virtual tour of your home to be completed by a qualified professional photographer. This virtual tour will be attached to your MLS listing and available for viewing through the World Wide Web.
Offer Presentation:
To present all offers to you, regardless of the content of the offer, and to provide detailed information and professional advice to assist you in making a decision.
Final Contract Negotiations:
To negotiate each offer to purchase with the highest level of competence and without prejudice to obtain the greatest possible sale price, while advising you as you make your own decision in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Follow-up:
To follow up with the Vendor, Purchaser (or Purchaser's Agent) and the solicitors on a regular basis to ensure the smooth closing of the transaction.
