Le
Paradis will be St. Lucia's premier development offering the best in luxury
living. The resort is located on the East coast of St. Lucia
encompassing 4.5km of coastline, small bays and distinctive peninsulas, and is
just 20 minutes from the International airport. From the shoreline, the land
rises 186 meters (610 feet), generating spectacular ocean views. The site is
also protected by a system of interlocking reefs, which completely protect the
bay from the Atlantic swell. The area offers a secluded yet accessible tropical

Phase
one will include an international four star plus branded hotel with
232 rooms and conference facilities for up to 600 persons, more than 100 luxury
condominiums and high end residences offering magnificent views over the golf
course and ocean, international health spa, Greg Norman signature 18-hole golf
course managed by internationally recognized Troon Golf, and many other leisure
activities such as snorkeling, sailing, diving, deep sea fishing, kayaking and
tennis. Phase one will consist of 3 phases and phase 1a will be operational by
March 2007.
One of
the main attractions at Le Paradis is the golf course. An 18-hole Greg
Norman signature course with breathtaking ocean views from each hole, and
included on the course is a signature hole at the 14th green that will be one
of the most challenging golf holes in the world. To culminate the golfing
experience, the 19th hole located at an elevation of 86M (280ft) has stunning
panoramic views over the course, the bay and the ocean.
In Phase
two, a 40-bed five star Marina Boutique Hotel, together with a marina
and marina village encompassing inland waterways and moorings, will be nestled
in the magnificent acreage within Le Paradis. More private residences will
become available in this phase.
