Meet Carol-Anne Schneider
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, I immigrated to Canada in 1968, along with my family, ever since Canada has been my home.
I completed my real estate courses in 1987 and couldn't wait to embark on my new sales career.Many refer to me now as a seasoned veteran given my many years of experience. I believe strongly in education and have continued to upgrade my skills over the years and I now hold my Broker's license and A.S.A. designation.
During the early years of my career I worked for a few different real estate franchises, in 1994 I took a giant leap in my career and joined the Realty Executives Team. Since then I have been a full time dedicated realtor specializing in residential re-sale properties within the GTA and surrounding areas of Mississauga, Brampton, Georgetown, Bolton, Caledon, Orangeville and Milton. Since joining the award winning team of Realty Executives I have had the honor of outstanding achievements including the Realty Executives Prestigious 100% Club and Top 10% Executive Club; most recently I became a member of the prestigious Chairman's Club in 2002. I take great pride in my accomplishments as a Realtor and always go above and beyond when it comes to my clients.
Happily married for the past 23 years my husband Brian is very supportive.. Brian is a home renovation contractor and runs his own business "Beyond Renovations", in fact often our clientele overlap. We are proud parents of one beautiful son. Brian is a great father, and also a 'handy' guy to have around - pardon the pun! Together we share the responsibilities of our home, our family, and our businesses.
The support I receive from my family allows me to focus my professional efforts on providing quality service to my clients. I'm very people-oriented, and I truly enjoy meeting new people and working with them to achieve their home-ownership goals. The satisfaction of my clients is critical to me - after all, I want to be their realtor for life! And very often I am - 95% of my clients are repeat satisfied customers and or client referrals.
